At Sherbourne Priors, all our meals are prepared each day by our executive chef, who takes pride in sourcing high quality ingredients and fresh produce in order to provide exceptional cuisine to suit all tastes and dietary requirements. All our meat and dairy is sourced from within a 50-mile radius of Sherbourne Priors, and we also serve home-grown fruit and vegetables and eggs from our own brood of chickens. The wine we serve is carefully selected to complement our seasonal menus and all our beers and ciders are produced within Warwickshire.

Sample Weekly Evening Menu:

Sunday Evening Welcome Buffet:
Hand-raised chicken & leek pie; poached fillet of organic salmon; goats' cheese & sun blush tomato tart; a selection of English cheeses with homemade apple chutney; chicory, fennel & pear salad; home grown carrot & coriander salad.

Twice-baked Warwickshire Blue Cheese Soufflé followed by Chicken Braised in Red Wine served with savoy cabbage & roasted potatoes. Pudding- Yogurt Panna Cotta with blueberry sauce.

Tuesday
Locally-reared Meat cooked by our chef on the barbeque in the grounds of Sherbourne Priors, served with a selection of salads and homemade bread.

Wednesday
Thai Noodle Salad with fresh lime followed by Beef & Sweet Potato Rendang served with wholegrain rice. Pudding- Hazelnut Praline Semi Freddo.

Thursday- an aperitif is served accompanied by homemade canapés
Smoked Duck Rillette with onion bread & plum chutney followed by Grilled Fillets of Sea Bass served with artichoke purée, buttered spinach & broad beans. Pudding- Dark Chocolate & Whisky Truffle with homemade lavender ice cream.
